A comprehensive academic management system for Damascus Institute that digitised and automated the entire student–teacher–administration workflow, serving over 500 users across students, teachers and administrative staff.
Key Achievements
- Implemented a secure role-based access control system with three distinct user roles (Admin, Teacher, Student) and granular permissions.
- Designed and optimised a MySQL database with 30+ tables covering grades, subjects, announcements and decisions.
- Developed a real-time grading system allowing teachers to input marks for their assigned subjects.
- Created a student portal for accessing academic records, announcements and institutional decisions.
- Built an admin dashboard for managing users, controlling permissions and publishing official content.
